Since 2004 when we formally started operations, we’ve designed, developed and delivered over 2000 residential units (summing up around 2 million sq ft) to our wide base of domestic and global (NRI) customers. In addition, S&P has raised magnificent commercial spaces which have been occupied by bluechip establishments.
Land is the key ingredient of Real Estate worldover and S&P owns a significant volume of land spreading over 300 acres in and around Chennai. This makes S&P one of the most stabilized and strongest promoters in Chennai… no matter what the market conditions are. Mr. S.V. Shriramulu has three decades of experience in land banking and residential layouts. He has been the guiding light and inspirational source behind S&P.

Mr. S. Prabakar

Managing Director

Mr. Prabakar has successfully launched four townships in various areas of Chennai in quick succession. He brings innovative ideas and concepts to fruition at S&P and drives the vision of the company. His philosophy of going beyond expectations has helped S&P to become the reliable and robust company it is today. Mr. Prabakar is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company.

Mr. Rajasekar Gorantla

Executive Director

Rajasekar is a seasoned entrepreneur with 25+ years in Consulting, Business Strategy, Finance, Operations management, Information Technology, and Business Development across the globe. Mr. Rajasekar has wide experience in working with several industries as a consultant and also as a promoter of various medium sized businesses. His focus both on strategic direction and operational effectiveness has enabled the businesses to grow multi-fold. His educational qualifications include B.Com, ASM, CISA, CMA and an MBA. He currently handles the entire operations at S&P.
